2. What data do we collect
We process the following personal data: name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address or student number, and data regarding your lesson progress and exams.

4. Payments
Payments are processed via Mollie iDEAL. We do not receive or store full bank or credit card details. Mollie processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

5. Sharing with third parties
We only share your data when necessary, for example with the CBR, our accounting software (e-Boekhouden.nl), Mollie and Wix (website hosting). We never sell your data to third parties.

6. Retention period
We do not retain your data longer than necessary. We retain financial data for 7 years, in accordance with the tax retention obligation. Other data will be deleted upon completion of your training.

7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies (via Wix) for proper functioning and to analyze visitor behavior. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your rights (AVG/GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your data. To do so, please send an email to asaadrijschool@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

9. Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and misuse.
